If I put mine in special critique, do also put it in the actual folder it belongs in too?
it's ok, only submit it to 1 folder, either the special critique, or the one it belongs to: your choice.

To add stuff to the special critique folder, does it have to have the critique option set up on the deviation itself? Some of us don't have premium
